Templated with Pin-Point Accuracy
Templating is the best way to ensure that your countertop is measured correctly. Once cabinets are set, we come to your home or business for the official template measurement. For this to occur, all cabinets need to be installed and leveled. Sink decisions made, ordered, and available if not purchased from us. We need to have your sink at our shop at the time of fabrication. Traditional Apron/farmer sinks need to be installed by your carpenter prior to our templating. We also carry a retro farm sink that gives you the look of the apron sink without the expense of changing cabinet door height. Cooktop specs will also be required prior to fabrication.
CUT WITH PRECISION
The exact measurements are then sent to our programmer, who programs a fully automated saw and water jet to cut your slabs down to size. Our equipment is supplied to us by an American made stone fabricating equipment company known for their quality and precision.
Polished to Perfection
The cut pieces of stone are then transferred to the Titan, a programmable and automated polishing machine. This machine can create elaborate, custom edge designs.
